Terms & Conditions of Sale

Sound of Himalaya – Nepal
Last updated: [2025]

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made through Sound of Himalaya, located in Nepal, including orders placed via quotation and invoicing. By confirming an order and completing payment, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation & Binding Agreement

Once a customer confirms a quotation and receives an invoice, a legally binding agreement is established between the customer and Sound of Himalaya, based in Nepal. By transferring the invoiced amount to our account, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for completing the purchase.

2. No Cancellations or Refunds After Payment

All sales are considered final and non-refundable once payment has been received. Due to the handcrafted and curated nature of our items (such as singing bowls), and the logistics of international shipping, we cannot accept cancellations, changes of mind, or refund requests after payment is made—regardless of changed personal circumstances or alternative sourcing arrangements made by the buyer.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, Sound of Himalaya will begin preparing the goods for shipment to the agreed delivery address, including handling, packaging, and arranging international shipping where applicable. Any request to cancel after this stage is not possible due to the operational commitments already undertaken.

4. Customer Due Diligence

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their decision to order is final before confirming an invoice and sending payment. Any decision to source similar goods through third parties, friends, or future travel does not constitute valid grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. Exceptions – Damaged or Undelivered Goods

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Goods arrive clearly damaged (must be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photographic evidence), or

  • Sound of Himalaya is unable to supply the goods as agreed.

In such cases, the company may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund.
