  • The course runs for 25 hours over 4 days, from Monday to Thursday, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

  • No prior experience is needed. The course is designed for beginners as well as practitioners looking to deepen their skills.

  • You will learn Tibetan singing bowl techniques, sound meditation, sound healing therapy, brainwave entrainment, how to conduct sound baths, and the basics of sound healing theory.

  • Yes, comfortable accommodation and nutritious organic farm to table meals are included in the course fee.

  • The course takes place at the Sound of Himalaya Retreat Center near Pokhara, Nepal, surrounded by breathtaking Himalayan mountain views and a peaceful natural environment.

  • Yes, upon completion you will receive a certificate validating your training which is internationally accredited by YACEP and IPHM.

  • Bring comfortable clothing suitable for meditation and outdoor activities, toiletries of your personal preference, a pair of slippers and a head lamp or torch can be useful.

  • The course is designed as a complete program. Partial attendance is not recommended to fully benefit from the training.
