Location and Geography
We are located in the mountains, surrounded by nature, about 13 km outside of Pokhara, Nepal. Although it is a short distance, it takes about 3-4 hours to reach our farm.
Geographically, we live in a very special place on planet Earth. There is no other place in the world where you can sit in a subtropical climate with an uninterrupted view of the majestic peaks of the Annapurna range in the Himalayas. With an abrupt rise from 900 m to 8000 m in a distance of only 25 km, it is in fact the steepest valley to summit elevation in the world. In the ancient Vedic tradition yogis used to worship this place as the “third eye opening” yantra in their meditation practice.
